The safety and well-being of our residents is our primary concern. We staff caregivers on site, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The number of caregivers staffed is based on all residents care needs. Most of our homes are staffed with two caregivers from 7am until 10pm and one caregiver from 10 pm to 7am. We have a full time housekeeper at each location and a maintenance staff person. Our leader, the Residence Director (RN), a full time registered nurse, a full time occupational therapy assistant and an occupational therapist are also on site Monday through Friday during business hours. To handle any unexpected needs, a registered nurse is also on call 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
